Mangaluru: Driver dies as Auto rickshaw overturns

Mangaluru Apr 26, 2016:  An auto driver dies as the rickshaw topples at Sarkudelu near Jeppinamoguru on April 26, Tuesday. The incident took place when the auto driver along with his family was on their way back to their residence at Jeppinamoguru.

The deceased is identified as Rajesh (39), an auto driver.  A resident of Jeppinamoguru.

It is learnt that Rajesh had been to get his wife and children from Vorkady, her native. When auto reached Sarkudelu it overturned. In the accident Rajesh was seriously injured and was rushed to the Hospital where he breathed his last. His wife and three children escaped with minor injuries.

Konaje police are investigating the case.
