Mangaluru : Cops bust prostitution racket in lodge

Mangaluru, Jan 13, 2021:     Mangaluru North Police who raided the Hindustan Lodge on  K S Rao Road in the city on January 12, Tuesday, have rescued four women who were  found there and were reportedly forced into prostitution. All the women were from outside Dakshina Kannada.

 

Five  men in the lodge have been arrested. Those arrested are Mohan, the owner of the lodge, Abdul Basheer, Manager,  Bharath and Balakrishna, customers and room boy Uday Shetty.

Further investigations are in progress.
