Mangaluru : Cops arrest three youth wanted in theft cases

Mangaluru: August 6, 2015: Mangaluru South Police have arrested three persons  in connection with two separate theft cases reported from the city.



Those arrested are Manikanta (21), Ashwin (20) and Prakash N (35. The first two accused were said to be involved  in the theft of a cash of Rs 10,000 and a cell phone from one Suraj Kumar  from near a construction site on the night of August 1. According to a press communiqué, the duo who arrived  by a scooter had stolen the cash and cell phone  which Suraj  which he had kept close by the window of the shed where he used to sleep.

The other accused named Prakash was wanted in the theft of a motorbike of a St Aloysius Evening College student named Siddu. The bike was stolen  on August 2 from the parking slot close by the service bus stand.
