Mangaluru : City Police parade drug peddlers ; warn of stringent action

Mangaluru, Sep 07, 2020:     The city police have decided to act tough on the drugs mafia. On September 7, Monday,   over one hundred  people accused in drugs peddling cases were paraded at the Police  Parade grounds in Mangaluru. City Police Commissioner Vikas Kumar inquired the accused and warned them  of stern action if they are found  involved in drug peddling cases in the future. Accused in cases reported in City Police Commissionerate  have taken part in the parade.   Some of the accused are from Kasargod.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the evening, the Commissioner will also be conducting a parade of  those accused of consuming ganja.
