Mangaluru Chalo of BJP a total failure, says Ivan

Mangaluru, Sep 9,2017 : MLC and Chief Whip of State Legislative Council Ivan D’Souza has  described the Mangaluru Chalo agitation of the BJP Yuva Morcha  as a total failure.

Speaking to press persons here on September 9, Saturday, he said the party which had boasted of gathering one lakh people had failed to gather even 5000 people for the rally.

He also charged the BJP government at the Centre of failing to initiate developmental programmes and deplored the rise in fuel, LPG prices as well as the reduction in GDP.

The MLC was also exuberant while referring to the C fore pre-poll survey which has predicted  120 to 132 seats for the Congress and 60 to 72 seats for the BJP in the ensuing assembly polls.
