Mangaluru: Balmatta-Bendoorwell road to be named after Blasius D’Souza on July 16th

Mangaluru July 13, 2016: The road from Canara Bank Circle in Balmatta to Karavali Circle in Bendoorwell will be named after Blasius D’Souza road on July 16th, informed MLA JR Lobo.

 

Addressing to the press meet at Congress Office today Wednesday, he said that Blasius D’Souza served as the district president of congress for several years. He was also the state legislative council member and also served as labor and law minister. This request was in line from several years now the officials have granted this proposal.  His contribution will be remembered and lets honor him by naming the road , he added.

On the same day, South Block Congress party workers convention will be held in Town Hall. Opposition Leader of Lok Sabha Mallikarjuna Kharge will inaugurate the convection, District In Charge Minister B Ramanath Rai will preside the function.`1 Home Minister G Parameshwar, MP Oscar Fernandes, M Veerappa Moily, DK Shivkumar, B Janardhana Poojary, KPCC Working president Dinesh Gunduroa

When asked about DySP Suicide , JR Lobo said that official or an farmer no one should commit suicide. Officials will definitely have pressure from politicians and public, decision without investigation is not right . CID is already probing the case truth will be revealed.

If you closely monitor the interview ,DySP Ganapathy has answered the questions of the Anchor and mentioned those names which can’t be declared has the core reason for his suicide. No one knows the truth what has exactly happened after the interview which made him to commit suicide, he added.
