Mangaluru : Accused in Daivasthana theft cases arrested

Mangaluru, Jan 12, 2021:     Suratkal Police have arrested a man of Dharwad origin on the charges of  involvement in several thefts in the district.

 

The arrested person is Rajesh Naik. He is said to be involved in the theft that took place at a Daivasthana in Kulai village, Ramanjaneya Bhajana Mandir at Iddya, Jarumana Daivasthana and  another Daivasthana in Chitrapur village. The  Police have  seized valuables worth Rs 13.53 lakhs including 47 grams of gold jewels and 16 kg silver articles from him.
