Mangaluru: A man dies on spot in Road Mishap near Mothi Mahal

Mangaluru July 6, 2016: A man died on spot after a speeding service bus banged into his motorcycle near Mothi Mahal, Falnir road at 3 PM on July 6, Wednesday.

Deceased has been identified as Sarfaraz (34) resident of Goa.As per the onlooker ’Yen Yes’ bus which was on the way to Statebank banged the motorcycle from behind resulting his death on spot. Sarfaraz was immediately shifted to a private hospital but he died on the way.

 

Large number of people gathered at spot. When the driver tried to flee, irked public tried to thrash him, situation turned violent. The Police arrived the spot and brought situation under control and driver was taken to the custody.

It is said that Sarfaraz had come to Yekkur to celebrate Eid-Ul-Fithr with his in-laws family
