Mangaluru : 40 year old woman from Neermarga tests positive for Covid-19

Mangaluru, May 20, 2020:   A 40 year old woman from Neermarga has tested positive for Covid-19 on May 20, Wednesday.  The woman  who had  come from Rajajinagar in Bengaluru on May 10 along with her son, had stayed at Kudupu and Kuttikala during the past few days.

 

With this latest case, the total Covid-19 cases reported from the district has increased to 55.

The  40 year old woman who was tested positive on Wednesday  was reportedly suffering from Asthma and also had blood pressure related issues. She was admitted to the Wenlock Covid-19 Hospital on May 17 after she developed respiratory problems.

The  district administration is making arrangements to seal down all the places where the woman had visited  in the past one week.
