Mangaluru : 4 arrested for drug peddling at Bajal, Nehru Maidan area

Mangaluru, Nov 02 2019: In two separate operations, police have arrested four persons  from Bajal and Nehru Maidan area in the city on the charges of drug peddling.

 

 

 

In the first case, two persons named Shivakumar alias Shivu (26) and  Kumar S (23) from Kergalli in Mysuru were arrested for possessing 240 grams of ganja, near Bajal Cross.

 

In another case, two  persons found selling ganja to the public near Nehru Maidan were arrested. Those arrested are Mohammad Haneef (32) and Mohammad Shafiq (29) of  Derlakatte and Manjeshwar respectively.  Police seized  525  grams of ganja valued at Rs 21,000 from the duo.
