Mangaluru: 24 Maharashtra returnees test positive for Covid-19 today

Mangaluru, May 28, 2020:  18 more people have tested positive for coronavirus in Dakshina Kannada on Thursday evening. With this, the number of positive cases reported today increased to 24. In the noon report six Covid 19 positive cases reported in the district.

All those infected are people who have returned from Maharashtra, particularly Mumbai. Among those tested positive today, six are women and 18 men.

 

With this, the number of cases in DK has increased to 105, out of which 69 are currently active. As many as 29 persons have recovered and been discharged, and seven deaths have occurred so far.
