Mangaluru, June 04, 2020: In an incident that has caused alarm 15 passengers from Mumbai who arrived in the city by a Delhi-Mumbai-Kerala train during the wee hours of June 4, Thursday were sent to home quarantine.
It is learnt, police who were present at the station collected details of the passengers and suggested them to undergo home quarantine and accordingly all of them returned home by autorickshaw or buses.
As many as three of these passengers however visited Suratkal village office and informed officials about their arrival from Mumbai.
A total of 30 people had arrived by the train this morning.
