Mangalurean Police Inspector Sachin Lawrence Honored with CM’s Gold Medal

Mangaluru Apr 7, 2016: Mangaluru city Armed Reserve Police Inspector Sachin Lawrence awarded with Chief Minister’s Gold Medal during the Police Flag day at Bengaluru on Apr 2.

Sachin was honored for his remarkable work in Anti-Naxal force and the city armed reserve. In September 2002 Sachin joined the department as a constable and in 2008 he was selected for reserve sub-inspector post. After his training at Gulbarga, he served in Chikamagluru and Uttara Kannada Districts. Later in 2015 he promoted as reserve police inspector and transferred to Mangaluru.

Sachin did his schooling at Rosario high school, Mangaluru and PU and degree studies at St Aloysius College. He then completed his master’s degree from Karnataka State Open University.

Sachin is happily married to Divya and has a child named Jeeval.
