Mangalore : Cow dung attack on KKSV leader in city ; 1 arrested

 Mangalore, Apr 22, 2014: There has been a cow dung attack on a leader of the Karnataka Komu Sauharda Vedike in the city on April 22, Tuesday.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Just as Suresh Bhat Bakrabail, District President of the Vedike    was leaving the press meet venue at Hotel Woodlands, two miscreants threw  cow dung on his face before fleeing the place. Bhat had convened the press meet in connection with the gunning down of Kabeer by ANF at Shringeri.

Soon after, the duo  was chased by the KKSV members present around. One of them was caught. He has been identified as Harish and has been handed over to the  police. It is not yet known if Harish and the other person resorted to such an act on their own or did so at the behest of someone else.

Investigations are underway.
