Man stabbed to death by lover’s brother

Mangalore, Jul 31: A 24-year-old man was murdered near a shop at Ullal on Saturday night, at around 9:00 p.m. 

Reportedly, the victim Shrikanth’s love affair with a girl did not meet the approval of her family, especially of her brother Bharatesh, who used to quarrel with Shrikanth frequently ever since the love affair began 3 years back.

On Saturday night, Bharathesh and Ashwin, his brother-in-law, stabbed Bharatesh who was standing in front of a shop at Ullal. 

Shrikanth died on the way to the hospital. 

The Ullal police are currently investigating the case.
