Man from Mulki dies after Golibaje gets stuck in throat

Mangaluru, Oct 28, 2020:    A  55 year old man from Mulki has lost his life after a piece of Golibaje which he was eating got stuck in his throat leaving him breathless.

The deceased is Harish Ramappa. The man who was working as a labourer and staying with his elder sister at Mulki had  brought Golibaje from a restaurant  while returning home from work. At home as he was eating it a piece got stuck in his throat. He was immediately rushed to the hospital, but he breathed his last.

A post mortem was also conducted following suspicion over the cause of the death and the report revealed that indeed a Golibaje piece had got stuck in his throat resulting in his death.
