Man found dead at a lodge in Udupi

Udupi Sep 01, 2016: The body of a man found in a decomposed state at a lodge room in Udupi on September 01, Thursday.

 

The deceased is identified as Ismail Hanihsab from Mundagod in North Karnataka.

As per the reports Ismail had checked into Pallaki lodge located at Kadiyali on August 29, Monday.  But not noticed by anyone or hotel staff later.  There was foul smell coming out of his room on Thursday. On suspicion the staff informed the police. They reached the spot and opened the door of his room. They found decomposed body of Ismail was seen hanging using a bedspread, Suicide suspected.

Udupi police are investigating the case.
