Man falls from moving train near Tokkottu; dies

Mangaluru, Aug 16,2016 : Mangaluru : In a tragic incident, a man has lost his life after he accidentally fell  from a moving train near Thokkottu  on August 16, Tuesday.

 

The deceased person has been identified  as Sharun (36). He was on way to Mangaluru from Kannur when the mishap took place.  It is suspected that Sharun who was standing on the footboard of the train lost his balance and fell on the track resulting in serious head injuries that claimed his life.

The body has been placed in the Wenlock mortuary.
