Man booked for offensive FB post against Dalit eve

Mangaluru, Feb 22, 2018: A young Dalit woman named Shruthi Kotian has lodged a complaint with the Urwa police against a youth for abusing her in the name of caste for making a Facebook post supporting DYFI state President Muneer Katipalla who is  expected to contest the next elections from Mangaluru North constituency.

 

The accused  Harish Raj had through his comment tried to offend the woman for backing a Muslim   person and even abused her.
