Man arrested on charges of inter-state robbery

Mangaluru, Dec 16, 2017 : Konaje police have arrested a person on charges of inter state robbery at Mudipu on December 16, Saturday.

 

 

The accused arrested is identified as Abdul Salim (40) of Gerukatte.


Acting on  tip Konaje police  wayliad Asraf’s bike at Mudipu, has  taken him to custody for riding the bike changing its number . During investiagtion it is reavealed that he had stolen the bike from Puttur. There were several cases of theft against him in Kasargod, Badiadka, Bekal, Puttur stations. He was absconding. Police have seized Maruthi Omni van, a bike and other valuables from possession.

Case has been booked for further investigations .
