Man arrested for snatching college girl’s bag at knife point

Moodbidri, Aug 28, 2019:  Moodbidri Police have arrested a person named Naveen Gowda (31) of Muchhur village in connection with a two year old case wherein a female college student was robbed of her bag at knife point at Paladka Mavinakatte.

A police team which was on patrolling duty at Alangar  had arrested Naveen on suspicion. It was during interrogation that it came to light that he was the one who was wanted in the 2017 case reported from Mavinakatte.
