Man arrested for offensive FB post on PM, home minister

Mangaluru, April 01, 2020:   Pandeshwar Police have arrested Nizam Niza (35), a  person hailing from Ulaibettu on the charges of spreading rumours and fake news on Facebook regarding  the Prime Minister and Home Minister.

 

The arrest followed a complaint lodged by District BJP spokesperson Jagadish Shenava. The accused in his Facebook post had tried to portray that the Prime Minister and Home Minister have neglected the Corona pandemic that has hit hard the nation.
