Magic show to educate children

Mangalore June 30: A team of magicians headed by Kudroli Ganesh performed “Magic for Education,” an educative magic show for children, at CV Raman Pai Hall on June 30, Wednesday. The show attempted to convey moral lessons as well. Dr. U. Mohandas Nayak, the president of Canara High School Association, inaugurated the show.

 

 

 

Ganesh spoke about the role of a school in building the future of children. He also spoke on the dangers of bad habits such as smoking.

In his inaugural address, BEO Kodandarama appreciated initiatives to make learning fun. Lauding the organizers of the magic show, he said that such events make children more dynamic and give them a break from struggling with the otherwise mechanical system of education. He also said that these shows can better convey important messages to children than tedious lectures.
