MLA Umanath Kotian warns protest if PR card made mandatory in Mulki

Mulki, May 17, 2019: MLA of Mulki Moodbidri constituency Umanath Kotian has threatened to  protest if property card is made mandatory for land dealings in Mulki town limits.

 

 

 

Speaking to press persons here he said making property cards mandatory in Mulki at a time when it was not made mandatory in Mangaluru though  it was implemented on a trial basis since February 1,  was unfair.

He claimed that property cad was unscientific and added that he would support the move only if all loopholes are  plugged.
