MIA set to receive WQC award in Paris on October 25

Mangaluru, Oct 03, 2015:  MIA - Mangaluru International Airport is selected to receive the WQC - world quality commitment  award in Paris on October 25. The decision to present this prestigious award is the result of research and analysis carried out through quality hunters, leaders, entrepreneurs and experts in quality, directed by Business Initiative Directions, to recognize the contribution of MIA in terms of leadership, quality and excellence.....

The WQC award in the gold category to MIA has been made by the WQC selection committee on the basis of the criteria of the total quality management, QC 100 principles, ISO 9000, customer satisfaction, and business results. The International WQC convention will take place in Paris on October 24 and 25 with the award presentation held to all oriented towards organizations focused on innovation, quality and excellence. The award is sponsored by 26 Imarpress Media Publications, France.

J T Radhakrishna, MIA airport director, thanked all Airports Authority if India officials, stakeholders of the airport, district administration, the state government, all user arirlines, commercial establishments of the airport for their efforts and coordination to bag this prestigious award.
