Lucky escape for two as Jeep rams into electric pole in Uppinangady

Uppinangady, Mar 07, 2017: Driver  and another occupant of the Jeep had a   lucky escape as the vehicle rammed into electric pole near Hotel Adhitya in Uppinangady on March 07, Tuesday late in the evening . The incident took place as the driver lost control on the vehicle.

 

Prasad (30) of Valal and Sunder(25) are indentified as the  injured.

It is laernt that Prasad who was drinvg the jeep lost control ,crashed into an electric pole and landed  in a ditch .Due the impact of collision the electic pole broke but the ocupants escape with minor injuries.

Eyewitnesses said that the jeep was moving at a high speed because of which the driver lost control and hit the electric pole.The Mescom officials and staff  arrived at the spot on information and took cautionary mesures.

Case has been regiustered in Upppinangady police staion.
