Little girl slips to death from 8th floor balcony of an apartment building at Shakinagar

Mangaluru, May 31, 2018: A five and a half year old girl met a  tragic end when she fell off the balcony of the eighth floor of a  residential complex at Shaktinagar on May 31, Thursday. The deceased girl is  Shannel Janicia D’Souza.

 

 It has been gathered that the girl’s mother Alithia had gone out   as  Shannel was fast asleep in the bedroom.  However the girl who woke up  entered the balcony and climbed the grills when she lost balance and fell to the ground.

Shannel’s father Wilson is employed in Sharjah. She and her mother were staying in a rented flat at Classique Sapphire Apartments in Shaktinagar.

Kankanady Police have registered a case.
