Life guards rescue Bhadravathi youth from drowning at Malpe beach

Udupi, June 9 , 2019: A youth from Bhadravathi who was literally washed away  by  the huge tidal waves at Malpe beach was rescued by the beach life guards on June 8, Saturday.

The rescued person is Masood Pasha (28). He had arrived at the beach along with his friends and was enjoying a swim when a giant wave dragged him away.

Beach life guards led by Madhukar Salian immediately swung into action and rescued him.
