Land trades "Atlantis" inaugurated at Bendoor

Mangaluru, Aug 22, 2016: Karnataka Bank, MD and CEO, P Jayaram Bhat, inaugurated the new apartment complex ’Atlantis’, by the reputed builders ’Land Trades’, opposite Colaco hospital in  Bendoor on Aug 21, Sunday.

Speaking at the inauguration, CEO Bhat said "Mangaluru is definitely marching towards a modern era. It is getting beautified everyday and the road is long. The builder fraternity consistently contributed to the positive changes in city. Shrinath Hebbar an esteemed customer of Karnataka Bank, uses the funds provided by Karnataka Bank effectively and efficiently. This building is an example of an ultra-modernised image, people who live here are lucky. Shrinath’s quest to provide  innovative amenities to his customers is seen in this complex building." CEO Bhat.

Chief guest of the occasion and MLA,  Mangaluru South constituency J R Lobo said " The sleek buildings in the city, gives the impression this city houses 25-30 lac population, which is not true. yes, It has excellent infrastructure and is among the top cities of the country. Still we have not been able to stop our youth migrating outside the city and country for jobs. The main reason for this is we do not have job generating productions.  MNCs are not moving out of Bengaluru, plans to organise an investors’ meet in Bengaluru is on the cards. It will also explain the good aspects for industries in Mangaluru city."Youth is our strength and if we do not stop them from going out, the city will be a fading pensioners’ city and there will not be good investment coming." MLA, Lobo added.

Guest of honour Corporator Naveen D’souza said "Shrinath Hebbar started Land Trades. He has a special vision for the city and it is reflected in his buildings. Few months ago when we had the drinking water problem in the city, Shrinath Hebbar donated drinking water generously even though his buildings were affected. I thank him for this service and congratulate him."

The chairman of AJ institutions AJ Shetty said "Two new buildings Roopali and Atlantis have beautified the Bendoorwell road. The MLA J R Lobo’s remarks about the developments of the city can be reiterated and  a wish for good luck to Shrinath Hebbar is in order." 

Earlier to the formal function of the blessing of the building was done by parish priest of Bendore Church Fr Antony Serrao and a pooja was held in the morning.   MD of Land Trades Shrinath Hebbar welcomed the gathering while the Land trades staff Harshitha thanked those present.  Veteran journalist Manohar Prasad compered the programme.

Atlantis is a show piece of design by Ar Peter Mascarenhas of Archi Technics and the project execution was entrusted to MFar Constructions, a premier engineering company having an international profile.  Atlantis has been awarded Real Estate Project Rating of ‘Mangalore 5 Stars’ by CRISIL, the premier international ratings organization.
