Lady Goschen Hospital ONGC-MRPL Anniversary Wing inaugurated

Mangaluru, Mar 02, 2019: The Government Lady Goschen Hospital ONGC-MRPL Anniversary Wing was inaugurated on March 2, Saturday by  Union Minister D V Sadananda Gowda, former union minister and former chief minister M Veerappa Moily and DK District in-charge Minister U T Khader.

 

 DV Sadananda Gowda who addressed the gathering  lauded Veerappa Moily for  striving to secure funds from MRPL for the construction of the building. He reiterated that the Union Government has laid more emphasis on the health sector. He also stressed the need for political leaders to sink differences when it came to developmental works.

 Minister U T Khader  in his address, spoke on the various initiatives of  Karnataka Government in the health sector. He also made a mention of the Good Samaritan Act and the Janasanjeevini outlets where generic medicines are available at affordable rates.
