LMH opens facility for nurses in Udupi

Udupi, Oct 27, 2017: Lombard  Mission Hospital (LMH)  Udupi, opened  it’s updated facility for nursing fraternity which was dedicated on October 25, Wednesday, in the Mission Hospital premises by Bishop Rt Rev Mohan Manoraj,  CSI Karnataka Southern Diocese.

Speaking on the occasion Bishop Mohan Manoraj  said the progress made by the Mission Hospital was superb and sought Gods blessings  on all future developments. He also praised the staff of mission Hospital under the leadership of  Dr Sushil Jathanna, Director for their tireless efforts. He promised full support of the Dioceseand said the Karnataka Sothern Dioces stood fully behind Mission Hospital in its development program.

Dr Sushil Jathanna, Director of Mission Hospital thanked God for his blessings and the staff who have worked sincerely for the upliftment of the hospital. He reiterated that Mission hospital will continue to serve humanity through selfless work irresspective of caste, creed or religion. He outline the future developments which included the facelift of the entire hospital and theenovation and modernisation of the Maternity ward. He further sated that Mission Hospital wants to launch a Lombard Health Card and work was progressing on this matter.

Guests of honour Rev Steevan Sarvothama, Rev Vijayakumar Moodalagi, Mrs Pramila Jathanna and Rev Akshaya Kumar also spoke on the occassion. PRO Rohi Rathnakar, welcomed the gathering,  Dr Ivaleen Ammanna led the prayers and Principal  Veena Menezes,  LMH School of Nursing propsed the vote of thanks.
