Kundapur : Youth arrested for cheating girl after promising marriage

Kundapur, June 3, 2016 : Kundapur police have arrested a youth on the charges of cheating a  young woman after promising to  marry her.

The arrested person is Sharath Devadiga (22). Sharath  who hails from Kalavara is an autorickshaw driver  by profession and had reportedly developed physical relationship with the girl.

The victim is an orphan  who worked in a printing press  and stayed with her uncle.

It is also alleged that in order to find a reason to ditch her, Sharath had sent her to Gokak and cooked up a story that she had an affair with someone else.
