Kundapur : Student slips to death at Koosalli Falls

Kundapur, April 11, 2016 :  A final year BCA student of MGM College   lost his life  when he accidentally slipped and fell into the waters at Koosalli Falls near Byndoor on April 10.

The tragedy occurred when nearly 70 NSS students of MGM College were on a trip to Koosalli Falls.

The deceased student is Prasad Amin (22) from Udyavar.

It is learnt, the boulder on which Prasad and his friends were sitting was slippery resulting in the tragedy.

His life could not be saved despite much effort by his friends.

The body was later retrieved by the police and sent for post-mortem.

A case has been registered by the Byndoor Police.
