Kundapur : Retired banker dies as car rams into tree

Kundapur, Dec 14, 2018:  A retired banker has lost his life  when his car rammed into a tree  near Salvadi Nadubettu Cross in Kalavara village on December 13,  Thursday.

The deceased is Shanker Shetty (63). He was a former officer of Vijaya Bank and is survived by his wife, a son and two daughters.

Shetty was on his way to Bidkalkatte from Kalavara in his Santro Car. It is said he lost control over the vehicle  when he tried averting collision with an oncoming bike. His car eventually  collided against a tree.

Shetty who sustained serious injuries died while being rushed to the hospital.
