Kundapur: Couple attempt suicide by consuming poison in bus

Kundapur, Jan 09, 2020: In a shocking incident a couple attempted suicide by consuming poison in a private bus in Udupi on January 09, Thursday.

The couple is identified as Rajkumar(35) and Sangitha(28) from Tamil Nadu but residing in Ambalpady,Udupi. They are said to be daily wage labourer.

Sources said that couple were on their  way back from Kollur Temple. The bus driver and co-passengers rushed the couple to Kundapur Government Hospital and later to Udupi District Hospital for further treatment.
