Kundapur : Cattle being transported to butchery rescued by locals

Kundapur, Oct 4, 2014 :   A  cow, a bull and a calf which were ready for transportation to a butchery have been rescued by the local residents at Gulvady on October 3, Friday.

 

 

Gathering information  that  cattle would be transported from the house of one Aboobakker, a group of men rushed to the spot. They managed to rescue the cattle. However the alleged cattle traffickers escaped from the place.

Local police have registered a case and have launched a search for the cattle traffickers.
