Kundapur : 3 arrested for illegal cattle slaughter

Kundapur, April 25, 2017: Three persons have been arrested on the charges of illegal cattle slaughter at the Movadi Koraga Colony near Gangolli on April 24, Monday night. The  arrests followed a raid by the Gangolli police.

It is gathered that cattle was slaughtered behind a house in the colony. Those arrested are Harish , Mahesh and Srikanth. The meat found  during the raid as well as the tools used to butcher the animals were seized.

A case has been registered and investigations are underway.
