Kota: Two murdered over trivial issue

Kota, Jan 27, 2019: A trivial quarrel over a drainage pit  culminated in the murder of two persons  at Kota on January 26, Saturday night. The deceased are Kota residents Bharath and Yatish.

One of the deceased Yatish  had worked as the personal assistant of Congress candidate Rakesh Malli during the previous  assembly elections. Meanwhile, Bharath was an autorickshaw driver by profession.

It is said the duo  had   tried to settle a dispute regarding a drainage pit   near the house of their friend Lohith. Sources said the accomplices of rowdy sheeter Harish Reddy  had  eliminated the duo   in front of the Rajalakshmi Hall at Kota   on Saturday night at around 10.30.

Locals who spotted the two lying in a pool of blood, rushed them to the hospital but of no avail.

Kota Police are  investigating the case.
