Kolar Rally: Vedike frustrated on Cine stars for demanding implementation of Yettinahole project

Mangaluru, June 14, 2016: Tulunadu Rakshana Vedike (TRV) expressed its frustration on cine stars for supporting implementation of Yettinahole project. Many leading sandalwood stars took part in a massive rally in Kolar town demanding implementation of the same project, said Yogesh Shetty Jeppu President of TRV.

Addressing to the press meet at Hotel wood lands today Tuesday June 14, he said that whole sandal wood stars were seen encouraging the protestors to take part in their campaign. Actors including Shivaraj Kumar, Yash, Sadhu Kokila encouraged people through a emotional speech and diverted the minds of the people, said Yogesh Shetty.

He also said that, today Kannada film industry is standing tall because of the contribution of coastal region actress like Leelavathi, Kalpana and many more. Sandal wood actors has huge fan following in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi and people supported Kannada films throughout to accomplish 100-days feat.

Today people of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi are facing lots of problems but none of the stars stand in favor of the district. Cine stars should clarify their statement if not Kannada Films will be banned from releasing in the district, he warned.

Gerald Towers, Prashanth Roa, Siraj Adkare, Anand Amin, Rakshith Kudupu, Ramesh Poojary and others were present.
