Kittall Yuva Puraskar presented to Wilson Kateel

Mangaluru, August 21, 2016: Kittall Yuva Puraskar 2016 was presented to noted Konkani poet and writer Wilson Roshan Sequeira popularly known as Wilson Kateel at a function held at Orchid Gallery here on August 20, Saturday. The award carries a cash prize of Rs 25,000 and citation. The Award is sponsored by Leo Rodrigues Family.

 

Speaking after receiving the award, Wilson Kateel thanked   the organisers for choosing  him for the coveted award which will always be special for him.

The programme was earlier inaugurated by Rohan Monteiro, entrepreneur. Dr GG Lakshman Prabhu, Urologist delivered the Kittall annual lecture on "My experience and vision in Konkani literary work."

HM Pernal, Editor of Kittall.com, Titus Noronha and others were present.
