Kidnapped woman and child traced in Kozikode

Kasargod, Aug 31, 2018 : Police trace the kidnapped woman and her child  at Kozikode railway station  with her paramour on Auguat 31, Friday.

 

 

According to the reports Minu(23) wife of Manoj and their child Sai Krishna were kidnapped by a group of miscreants from their residence at  Chittarikkal. Manoj is a mechanic by profession and the kidnapping took place soon after he left for work. It is said that Minu had telephoned her husband  informing about the assailants who had entered the house. However, later her phone was found switched off. It is said  the kidnappers had escaped by the time locals rushed to the spot on hearing the cries of Minu.

Manoj had registered the compliant at  nearest police station regarding the same. Minu was later spotted by police at Kozikode  railway station with a man who later came to be known as her lover. Police have taken them to custody and  also seized the car used in the act.

Further investigations are underway.
