Kashi Mutt Junior Seer offers Shathakalashibheka at Venkatramana Temple, Laila

Belthangady, April 18, 2014 : Srimad Samyameendra Theertha Swamiji, the Junior Pontiff of Shree Kashi Mutt Samsthan and the anointed successor of Srimad Sudheendra Theertha Swamiji, the senior Pontiff, visited Shree Venkatramana Temple at Laila in Belthangady on April 17, Thursday and blessed the devotees.

The seer who arrived from Kasargod,  offered Shathakalashabhisheka to the Lord on the occasion of the centenary of the Pratishta Mahotsava of the Temple.

He also dedicated to the  Lord, the brass  door covering (Dwara Kavacha ) offered by B Ramesh Pai, Golden Prabhavali donated by the GSB community members of the town and  the Vijaya Ratha of intricate carvings, a  contribution of Prabhath Bhat and family.

M Vivekananda Prabhu, Temple Managing Trustee offered Pada Pooja to the seer. Hereditary trustees Sunil Shenoy, Secretary Sudhir Bhat, Treasurers Manjunath Kamath, Trustees Shashidhar Pai, Vijendra Pai, Parashuram Kamath,Ganesh Pai, Gokuldas Bhandarkar, Subraya Shenoy and other community members were present in large numbers.
