Kasargod youth brutally murdered near Thokkottu

Mangaluru, Nov 30, 2019:   A youth from Kasargod named  Sudarshan (20) was found hacked  to death   near Thokkottu late night on Friday.

 

It is believed that   a person named Rakshith  said to be a gangster and who worked in a lodge in Thokkottu was behind this heinous act. The victim was a resident of Kumble Puttige in Kasargod district. Sources revealed that   Rakshith  resorted to this grave crime  after being angry with Sudarshan for making viral a video pertaining to him.

 

It is also suspected that  the crime was committed elsewhere and the body dumped near the railway track at  Kapikad near Thokkottu.

Meanwhile it is also said that Sudarshan  was  harassing Rakshith’s girl friend stating he was in love with her. It is believed that  Rakshith was assisted by some of his accomplices in committing the murder.

It is learnt Rakshith had contacted the police and told them that he would surrender on Saturday.
