Kasargod : Woman rider dies as bike crashes against electric pole

Kasargod, Feb 13, 2015: A 23 year old woman lost her life in a tragic road mishap at Balanthodu in Rajapura on February 12, Thursday.

The deceased has been identified as Adhira (23). She was riding her two-wheeler along with her one year old son and her brother  when her bike rammed against an electric pole.

The deceased was a B.Tech student of St Pius College and was returning from the temple  after offering prayers prayers on account of  her son Karthik’s first birthday. Even Karthik and her brother Anup were injured in the mishap and have been hospitalised.

Adhira’s husband Shashipal is working abroad.

A case has been registered by Rajapura police.
