Kasargod : Student drowns in lake

Kasargod, May 04, 2020:   A 17 year old student  drowned in the Arayi lake in Kanhangad  on May 3, Sunday evening.

 

The deceased boy is Ritin Raju. He had stepped into the lake  with some friends for a bath when tragedy struck. It is said those along with him had tried to rescue him but in vain.

Finally, the fire service personnel rushed to the spot and retrieved the body.
