Kasargod: Student dies after falling off moving bus

Kasargod, Oct 25, 2017 : A student dies after falling  off the moving  bus at Chedikana in Kasargod on October 25, Wednesday.

 

Ushalatha of Chedikana ,a post-graduate student at Badiadka Cooperative College is the deceased.


It is learnt that  Ushalatha had boarded the bus to Perla, she was standing near the front door, as the bus was crowded. Her bag’s handle got stuck to the latch, as she tried to remove it, the door opened. She accidentally slipped from the bus and was trapped under the rear wheel. She was gravely injured and died on the way to hospital.

Badiadka police have registered the case against the driver.
