Kasargod: Sitting MP Raj Mohan Unnithan chosen as Congress party candidate

Kasargod, Mar 09, 2024: Raj Mohan Unnithan, sitting MP of Kasargod has been given another chance to contest from the constituency by the Congress leadership. With this, the stage is set for a triangular contest in Kasargod.

 

The CPI(M) has fielded M V Balakrishnan Master while the BJP has chosen Ashwini M L as its candidate.

In the last Lok Sabha elections, Rajmohan Unnithan had defeated K P Satishchandran of the CPI(M) by a margin of 44,000 votes.
