Kasargod: Notorious criminal in police net

Kasargod, July 31, 2016: A man wanted in as many as 40 cases   has been arrested by the police. The arrested person has been ntified as Sheikh Kamil (34) from Vidyanagar.

There was a look out notice against Sheikh who was absconding since long. He was arrested as soon as he arrived at the Mumbai Airport from Dubai. He was wanted in several cases including liquor smuggling as well as harassment cases. In 2011, a woman whom he had befriended through a missed call had complained against him accusing him of abducting and harassing her.
