Kasargod-Mangaluru passes within two hours of submitting application

Mangaluru, June 7, 2020: As many as 150 passes have been  issued to those from Kasargod district who  travel to Dakshina Kannada on a daily basis for employment, education and other essential works.

A total of  3,000 people have applied for passes and  measures  have to taken to issue passes  within two hours of submitting application, according to Mangaluru Sub-Division Assistant Commissioner Madan Mohan.

He has clarified  that  no one is denied pass deliberately and that passes have been denied only to those who have not submitted Aadhar or other identity cards.

Those from Kasargod who wish to come to Dakshina Kannada to stay at a relative’s house or those who will be staying here for a few days, will have to avail pass through Seva Sindhu App and they will have to undergo home quarantine.
