Kasargod : Heavy rains, lightning cause much damage

Kasargod, June 20, 2019: Heavy rains accompanied by thunder and lightning  in Kasargod district on Saturday night has done extensive damage at several places.

 

 Lightning  strike has damaged some  houses at Bela, Kuntikana, Madatadka and other places. Some houses have also developed cracks.

In Badiadka rain water has entered several houses while in Puttige Ariyappady  the embankment of a well has collapsed.

The compound wall of a government school at Mugu has also collapsed.
